Service: Two Japanese-language AI text and voice letters per day, personalization from optional diary entries and memories, and letter storage and playback. We limit the service to adults aged 18 or older to comply with the age requirements of Google Gemini API, which generates the letter text. See the Gemini API age requirements. Price: JPY 980 per month, including tax in Japan. The store purchase screen displays the applicable price. At this price, 12 months of continued renewals would total JPY 11,760 including tax. This is an illustration, not an annual plan or a 12-month commitment.
Additional costs: You are responsible for internet and data charges.
Free trial: All features are available free for seven days from delivery of the first letter. The trial never charges automatically. Continuing requires a separate monthly plan purchase. Repeated free trials are not available.
Payment method and timing: Apple App Store or Google Play billing, at purchase and each subsequent monthly renewal. Exact billing dates are shown by the store.
Delivery and requirements: Paid access begins after purchase verification. Letters are generated around the selected morning and evening times and may be delayed by connectivity or processing. Supported OS versions and devices will be listed in the store listing at release. Internet access, sign-in and AI processing consent are required.
Term and renewal: One month, automatically renewing until canceled. There is no minimum continuing term or cancellation penalty.
Cancellation method and deadline: Cancel in the subscriptions settings of the store where you purchased before the next renewal. Allow at least 24 hours before renewal. Exact timing and conditions are shown by the store. Deleting the app or account or withdrawing consent does not cancel the plan. Apple instructions / Google Play instructions.
After cancellation or trial expiry: Access generally continues until the paid period ends. New letter and memory generation stops after trial or paid access expires. Delivered letter text and audio remain without an expiry date and can be deleted by the user. Arrangements for service closure or similar events will be announced separately.
Returns and refunds: Provided digital services cannot be returned. Partial-month refunds are generally unavailable on cancellation. Refund eligibility and procedures follow store policies and applicable law. Contact support about defects. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
